Sea Breeze, located in a quiet corner of the Royal Park estate, sits on the edge of a historic coastal cliff, offering stunning views of the beach and the Irish Sea.

Surrounded by trees and backing onto the picturesque Mooragh Park, the house provides exceptional privacy and tranquillity—except of course during the Ramsey Sprint event.

The charming garden is a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings. A footpath to the right of the property offers easy access to Mooragh Park, the beach, Ramsey Park Hotel, and The Boathouse Eatery, all just a short walk away.

The town centre and the TT course are approximately a 12-minute walk from the house. The driveway provides parking for 3-4 cars and ample space for multiple bikes.
