A spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area makes for an ideal socialising space. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, and a third bathroom is located right next to the other bedroom.


A hop, skip and a jump from the sandy shore of Port Erin beach, the property boasts ample storage for paddleboards, kayaks and fishing gear making it an ideal spot to take advantage of life on the water! Situated in the south of the Island, Port Erin is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. A nice selection of bars and restaurants surround Port Erin and it's neighbouring village of Port St Mary. Combine this with a variety of independent shops, cafe's and a local supermarket, you have everything you could need on your doorstep.


Walkers really are spoilt for choice with the Island's coastal footpath, the 'Raad ny Foillan' ('Way of the Gull') passing just a few metres from Palm Villa. From Port Erin, take a boat trip to the Calf of Man, a small island off the south west coast which is a designated nature reserve often bustling with an array of sea birds and marine life. For the adventure seekers, kids and big kids amongst us, it is also possible to spend your days sailing, sea kayaking, diving and paddleboarding with one of the various activity providers.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
