Accessibility

Please note, Lilac House may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. The property can be accessed via the front door where there is one step up or a ramp up to the boot room door.

Damage

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that would occur whilst you are staying.
