The cosy living room features a warming log burner and Smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring the Island. To the rear of the property, the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the home, with plenty of room for cooking, dining and gathering together. Patio doors open directly onto the enclosed garden, allowing natural light to flood the space and creating an effortless indoor-outdoor feel during warmer months.
Outside, guests can enjoy the generous garden complete with outdoor furniture - ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the sunshine.
Also located on the ground floor is a second sitting room which doubles perfectly as a quiet study or reading space, offering additional flexibility for guests needing room to spread out.
