Bridge House is a characterful and welcoming Manx cottage that has been lovingly extended and refurbished over the years to create a warm, stylish retreat for up to six guests. With three comfortable bedrooms and dog-friendly accommodation, it's the ideal base for families, friends, or couples looking to explore the Isle of Man.

Inside, the cottage is full of charm, with a cosy log burner and timeless William Morris design elements giving a sense of heritage and harmony. Modern comforts haven't been overlooked either, including an efficient air source heat pump for year-round comfort.

The magic continues outdoors, with an enchanting rear garden perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. At the end of the garden is a trickling stream, a place of relaxation. A second, elevated garden offers sweeping views across the west of the island, reaching all the way to the Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland on a clear day and may well be one of the best spots on the Isle of Man to spectate a sunset!

Whether you're after long walks along the Raad Ny Foillan footpath that's nearby, peaceful evenings on the raised patio garden, or simply a beautiful place to unwind, Bridge House is a special home-from-home in a truly picturesque setting.

Nearby outdoor attractions to Bridge House include Glen Maye waterfall and Niarbyl Bay, one of the island's dark sky discovery sites, perfect for stargazing. Just a 10-minute drive away is Peel, a lively seaside town known for its sandy beach, Peel Castle, working harbour, and fresh Manx seafood.

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Well-equipped, featuring hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher toaster, fridge / freezer, pantry cupboard and breakfast bar with two stools.

Dining Room: Round table with 6 chairs and an electric heater.

Living Room: L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and log burner.

Garage: For guests' use, containing utility space featuring a washer / dryer.

Outdoor Area: Accessed via French doors from the kitchen. A lower back garden and upper patio area can be accessed from here.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables, two occasional chairs and access to upper patio garden via stairs.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table, hanging space, chest of drawers nd occasional chair.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and dressing table with chair.

Reception Area: Two armchairs and sideboard.

Family Bathroom: Wet room containing shower, wash hand basin, towel rail and WC.

General Details

Parking: Private parking on the driveway for one car. Additional free on-road parking is available.

Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival from 4pm, departure from 10am.

Pets: Two dogs accepted at an additional charge.

Accessibility: Guests must use stairs at Bridge House so it is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
