To the rear, a private courtyard provides a peaceful outdoor retreat, complete with outdoor seating and a traditional stone-built BBQ, perfect for relaxed summer evenings, alfresco dining, or enjoying a glass of wine after a day by the sea.

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed (can be configured as a twin upon request), hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC, mirror

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: King size bed (accessible by one side only), bedside tables, hanging space, two comfortable chairs and Smart TV

General

Parking: On-street parking is available close by

EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property, however, there are charging points located just a short walk away

Changeover Day: Flexible - Arrival 4pm - Departure: 10am

Pets: Not Accepted

Power & Heating: Heating & electricity included and a starter bundle of logs for the log-burner provided

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
