To the rear, a private courtyard provides a peaceful outdoor retreat, complete with outdoor seating and a traditional stone-built BBQ, perfect for relaxed summer evenings, alfresco dining, or enjoying a glass of wine after a day by the sea.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC, mirror
Second Floor
Bedroom 2: King size bed (accessible by one side only), bedside tables, hanging space, two comfortable chairs and Smart TV

Parking: On-street parking is available close by
EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property, however, there are charging points located just a short walk away
