This beautifully designed detached property, newly built in 2018, is finished to a contemporary five star gold standard throughout and offers everything needed for a relaxing rural escape. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to Port Erin's sandy beach, Surby Croft is the ideal base for families, walkers and outdoor lovers alike.

Sleeping up to six people across three adaptable double bedrooms (two with en-suite), Surby Croft delivers high comfort with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, quality oak furniture, and stylish bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and premium toiletries.

Set mostly on one level (with just three internal steps in the hallway), the home has been thoughtfully laid out to offer excellent accessibility, including level access to one bedroom and bathroom facilities.

Guests can relax in the bright, sun-filled lounge with its plush corner sofa, underfloor heating, and Smart TV or enjoy alfresco dining on the private patio which catches the evening sun. The separate games room is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and there's even secure storage for bikes and outdoor gear.

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), solid oak wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

En-suite: Walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. Soft towels and premium toiletries included.

Bedroom 2: Super king size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), solid wood furnishings, dual aspect countryside views to the south and west.

Bedroom 3: Super king size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), solid oak wardrobe, tallboy and bedside tables. Located with level access from entrance.

Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival from 4:00pm - departure by 10:00am.

Pets: Two small dogs accepted per booking at an additional charge.

Accessibility: Surby Croft is arranged over a single level with just three internal steps in the hallway. Bedroom 3 offers level access from the main entrance and is located near the main bathroom. While not fully adapted for wheelchair use, the layout is suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
