Molly's Barn is a self-catering holiday home located in St John's in the west of the Isle of Man. Its modern, eco-conscious design offers the perfect balance of contemporary comfort, sustainability, and rural tranquillity – making it an ideal base for your self-catering stay.

This light-filled, architect-designed Heb Home is built with sustainability at its core. Constructed using high-performance timber and eco-friendly materials, the home benefits from exceptional insulation, underfloor heating, air source heat pump and heat recovery system – ensuring year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact. Low-energy lighting and appliances throughout help reduce the home’s carbon footprint, while its clever design maximises natural light and airflow.

The open-plan living space includes a modern kitchen, high-quality furnishings, and serene views of the surrounding countryside towards Peel.

St John’s is a picturesque village in the island’s green heart, best known for Tynwald Hill, the historic site of the Isle of Man’s parliament. In St John's you’ll find a welcoming pub, a local shopping centre, and the beloved Greens Café – known for its commitment to seasonal, locally sourced food.
Nature lovers will find abundant walking and cycling trails in nearby Tynwald National Park and Arboretum, as well as easy access to beaches, glens, and heritage attractions. Peel is just 10 minutes away, offering fresh seafood, a stunning castle, and golden sands, while Douglas can be reached in under 25 minutes.

Holiday Let Features

Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Area: Open plan space including well-equipped kitchen containing oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. The living area contains a sofa bed and two chair, in addition to the cosy log burner. Dining table and six chairs.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe.

En-suite: Walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and built-in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom: Shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
