Simply blown away with the standard of the accommodation at Bradda Place. Every bedroom comfortable beds, plenty of space, everything you would think you would need. Great kitchen, outside decking, tv’s in every room (although we couldn’t get the kitchen one to work), First class, and a great base for our son’s wedding at Bradda Glen. Also ideal for a family holiday as just across the road from the beach. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

What a great location for our stay. Stayed during TT race week and the location was perfect easy access to the whole course, away from the hustle and bustle but evenly port Erin has a great sea town vibe. The house is fantastic, finished brilliantly with everything you need. Island escape have been fantastic with answering any questions we had before our arrival and I would highly recommend them.

Stayed at Bradda place for a surprise 40th birthday weekend, with my wife and friends. The property was amazing & had everything we needed. Was spotlessly clean and in a great location would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely large house, layout of bedrooms & bathrooms over 2 floors worked well. Lovely large kitchen, well equipped & excellent hub of the house. Good location for shops & walking.

Very comfortable, handy for shops and pubs. Well equipped. Would recommend. Tvs in every room is handy, if you don't all want to watch the same thing!

100% recommend this property it’s close to everything you might need during your stay close enough to Douglas for the boats and even as a big group it’s very convenient and confortable you can definitely have your own space.

We stayed at Bradda Place for a family wedding near by. The property is well located - two minute walk from the beach, with pub and shop also near by. The property was well equipped, parking was easy and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family and highchair included for small children. Island Escapes were excellent to book with - we would most definitely return and book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed in Bradda Place last week for a few days to celebrate my fathers 70th bday celebrations. It’s a great townhouse style property in a fabulous location. So close to the beach and all the facilities in the town. We stayed as a family of 3 with my little boy (aged 2) and then my brother and his partner came the following day. It was great how we could have a floor each with separate bathrooms. The terrace area was lovely in the sun and it seems to get the sun most of the day. It was safe for my toddler to play on, you’d just need to be careful for younger children with the stairs. We didn’t utilise the bbq sadly as we ate most days and didn’t stay long enough but it would have been lovely to cook on the terrace area. We did have the private caterers come in one day for my fathers bday meal and a big shout out to Chris and Vanessa Callow who were absolutely lovely and we greatly enjoyed our meal. So thank you. Highly recommend as a lovely treat. We would certainly stay here again as we loved the location with being a stones throw away from the steps to the beach and a very short stroll to the town with the steam train right there. (No sea views but we didn’t miss them). Thanks again Island Escapes we will be back.

As a family of 8, we really enjoyed our stay at Bradda Place. It was extremely comfortable and we loved being able to eat together in the kitchen. We had plenty of room. The shops were less than a 5 minute walk from the house and the beach was across the street and down steps. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

We really enjoyed our accommodation at Bradda Place - Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable - excellent kitchen fully equipped and great space. A lovely welcome pack was so good to see when we arrived. We had one little negative which was the water pressure in the shower (but bathrooms were absolutely clean and modern) - I would have enjoyed a few extra pillows but overall I am very happy to recommend this accommodation and I hope I will get to stay there again in the future.

An excellent, roomy, clean, well positioned accommodation in Port Erin. The marvellous beach is just down the road as well as a supermarket round the corner along with a set of useful shops. The pub across the bay is great as well as a bar with beach huts below on the beach. Outside at the back is a comfortable deck with seating which gets the sun all day. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but lacked any large pans which since the property was set up for 8 people was not enough. The bathroom lock on the first floor didn't seem to lock. I would highly recommend this property.

the house was very well stocked with games, books ad kitchen equipment. The overall feel of the house was comfortable and everything was good quality. The one thing I found to be poor was that once parked in the parking space you were directed too by the instructions given you had to walk around the front of the house to access the house. this was very inconvenient as it was a quite a walk and it was raining and dark. other than this we were all thrilled with the quality of everything inside the house. Superb location!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bradda Place in Port Erin. The property had everything we needed and more besides. It was modern, warm, clean and comfortable and we were a party of 8. We loved the deck off the kitchen with the bifold doors and were able to make the most of the sunshine, even in October. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the beach from the house and into the town. We would highly recommend Bradda Place and can’t wait to go back again.

Some internal maintenance issues with door furniture and shower tray blocked on 2d floor bathroom. Oven not clean. Limited information on electrical appliances. No information or facilities for rubbish recycling. No teapot available in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and excellent location No visitor book for comment Enjoyable short break on IOM thankyou.

Can’t fault this house. We were a group of friends (4 couples) and we had everything we needed a stones throw from the beach and Port Erin’s centre. The house was spotless with 4 decent bedrooms so no one had the short straw. Great sized and well equipped kitchen where we sat and socialised at the table each evening. Outside space perfect for morning coffee on the balcony too. Lovely welcome pack from Island Escapes too.

The house was in a great location close to the beach and all amenities, and was very well presented. Lovely spacious accommodation to fit all the family and kitted out to high specifications. There was everything you could need and more. Easily accessible and ample parking made for a stress free break, and the outside area to the rear of the property provided the most wonderfully relaxing space. This house really provided the most perfect break with a great property in a lovely location.

The accommodation had everything we could want. It was very comfortable, everything modern and to a high specification. The bedroos in particular were very spacious. It is set in a quiet location, yet only metres from the seafront. Quite a bit of thought has gone into what the owner provides that while not absolutely necessary could prove to be very beneficial to your stay. For example there were a wide variety of games and books that we would definitely have used if the weather had been poor. Fortunately for virtually all our time there the weather was glorious. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradda Place to anyone

Bradda Place is a beautifully appointed holiday home, in a charming small resort. The house itself has everything you need for a short or longer stay, with friends or family. The rooms are on separate floors adding to the feeling of space with bathrooms on each floor. Everything feels clean and fresh and the private outdoor space is an added bonus. We were on island for a family wedding nearby so a perfect base for a few days. The house is ideal for families or couples, close to the beach and amenities, the place was immaculately clean on arrival and everything you need is provided for.

This was my first trip back to the island after you know what, so I was concerned about cleanliness and general accessibility of the property, but I needn't have worried the house was spotless and was such a lovely space to be in for the 10 days I was there. Really spacious rooms and yet a cosy feel. The treats on arrival were very well received and being less than 30 seconds from a wonderful view of the bay was a treat when I was out walking. Shops and local facilities are great and and extremely close but there was no noise or disruption because of the house being tucked away. I will definitely be booking again particularly as the were really flexible with start and finish days which works better for me.
