A beautiful sandy beach, water sports, golf, fishing, fabulous coastal walks up to Bradda Head and Milner’s Tower with its rugged headland, stunning sunsets and a vibrant town centre with excellent retail and leisure facilities. Rowany Golf Course is a short distance away and the Isle of Man Heritage Steam Railway can connect though into Douglas town centre. Just 10 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from the ferry in Douglas.
This modern town house provides a light and airy space for a large group. The open plan kitchen and dining area opens up onto a sunny south facing terrace providing lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Upstairs, each of the bedrooms are modern and well equipped with each room having its on TV and a bathroom on each floor.

Amazing Staycation

Great location
We stayed at Bradda Place for a family wedding near by. The property is well located - two minute walk from the beach, with pub and shop also near by. The property was well equipped, parking was easy and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family and highchair included for small children. Great place in great location
Stayed in Bradda Place last week for a few days to celebrate my fathers 70th bday celebrations. Its a great townhouse style property in a fabulous location. So close to the beach and all the facilities in the town. We stayed as a family of 3 with my little boy (aged 2) and then my brother and his partner came the following day. It was great how we could have a floor each with separate bathrooms. The terrace area was lovely in the sun and it seems to get the sun most of the day. It was safe for my toddler to play on, youd just need to be careful for younger children with the stairs. We didnt utilise the bbq sadly as we ate most days and didnt stay long enough but it would have been lovely to cook on the terrace area. We did have the private caterers come in one day for my fathers bday meal and a big shout out to Chris and Vanessa Callow who were absolutely lovely and we greatly enjoyed our meal. So thank you. Highly recommend as a lovely treat. We would certainly stay here again as we loved the location with being a stones throw away from the steps to the beach and a very short stroll to the town with the steam train right there. (No sea views but we didnt miss them). Thanks again Island Escapes we will be back.Cleanliness

Lovely House in a Lovely Location
As a family of 8, we really enjoyed our stay at Bradda Place. It was extremely comfortable and we loved being able to eat together in the kitchen. We had plenty of room. The shops were less than a 5 minute walk from the house and the beach was across the street and down steps. We couldn't have asked for anything more!Cleanliness

Excellent property and location
We really enjoyed our accommodation at Bradda Place - Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable - excellent kitchen fully equipped and great space. A lovely welcome pack was so good to see when we arrived. We had one little negative which was the water pressure in the shower (but bathrooms were absolutely clean and modern) - I would have enjoyed a few extra pillows but overall I am very happy to recommend this accommodation and I hope I will get to stay there again in the future.Cleanliness

Perfect for a holiday
An excellent, roomy, clean, well positioned accommodation in Port Erin. The marvellous beach is just down the road as well as a supermarket round the corner along with a set of useful shops. The pub across the bay is great as well as a bar with beach huts below on the beach. Outside at the back is a comfortable deck with seating which gets the sun all day. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but lacked any large pans which since the property was set up for 8 people was not enough. The bathroom lock on the first floor didn't seem to lock. Superb and comfortable
the house was very well stocked with games, books ad kitchen equipment. The overall feel of the house was comfortable and everything was good quality. The one thing I found to be poor was that once parked in the parking space you were directed too by the instructions given you had to walk around the front of the house to access the house. this was very inconvenient as it was a quite a walk and it was raining and dark. other than this we were all thrilled with the quality of everything inside the house. A beautiful place to stay in Port Erin
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bradda Place in Port Erin. The property had everything we needed and more besides. It was modern, warm, clean and comfortable and we were a party of 8. We loved the deck off the kitchen with the bifold doors and were able to make the most of the sunshine, even in October. Its a 5 minute walk down to the beach from the house and into the town. Short stay on IOM with family
Some internal maintenance issues with door furniture and shower tray blocked on 2d floor bathroom. Oven not clean. Limited information on electrical appliances. No information or facilities for rubbish recycling. No teapot available in the kitchen. Quality accommodation in a great location
Cant fault this house. We were a group of friends (4 couples) and we had everything we needed a stones throw from the beach and Port Erins centre. The house was spotless with 4 decent bedrooms so no one had the short straw. Great sized and well equipped kitchen where we sat and socialised at the table each evening. The house was in a great location close to the beach and all amenities, and was very well presented. Lovely spacious accommodation to fit all the family and kitted out to high specifications. There was everything you could need and more. Easily accessible and ample parking made for a stress free break, and the outside area to the rear of the property provided the most wonderfully relaxing space. Excellent accommodation in great location
The accommodation had everything we could want. It was very comfortable, everything modern and to a high specification. The bedroos in particular were very spacious. It is set in a quiet location, yet only metres from the seafront. Quite a bit of thought has gone into what the owner provides that while not absolutely necessary could prove to be very beneficial to your stay. For example there were a wide variety of games and books that we would definitely have used if the weather had been poor. Fortunately for virtually all our time there the weather was glorious. Perfect meet up with friends
Bradda Place is a beautifully appointed holiday home, in a charming small resort. The house itself has everything you need for a short or longer stay, with friends or family. Back in the Isle of Man once more!
This was my first trip back to the island after you know what, so I was concerned about cleanliness and general accessibility of the property, but I needn't have worried the house was spotless and was such a lovely space to be in for the 10 days I was there. Really spacious rooms and yet a cosy feel. The treats on arrival were very well received and being less than 30 seconds from a wonderful view of the bay was a treat when I was out walking. Shops and local facilities are great and and extremely close but there was no noise or disruption because of the house being tucked away. I will definitely be booking again particularly as the were really flexible with start and finish days which works better for me.Cleanliness
