Lovely house in peaceful locationThis was such a lovely place to spend a week on the island. From fist arrival the house impressed, spotlessly clean, large well furnished rooms and a wonderful kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. The granddaughters were particularly taken by the cows in the field at the bottom of the garden. The house is on a bus route with two buses per hour and there's a very good dining pub in Colby about 15-20 minutes walk away (or a few minutes on the bus). We'd all love to stay there again and as we left the youngest granddaughter was chanting "this is a lovely house" over and over again. A rare unconditional recommendation!

Brookville HouseWhat a lovely house this is for a large family get together, With loads of space so you never feel as if your on top of each other. The garden and seating area is also perfect for that outside meal weather permitted with lovely views. The location of the property is ideal also on the southside of the island, With a lovely pub that serves food just a 15min stroll up the road so you don't have to drive if you fancy a drink..It also has a spar shop next to the pub.. I would definitely recommend this house and will be sure to book it again next time we are over as a family group.

Its only a few minutes from Castletown and Port Erin. We had a lovely three generation family holiday.
