Outside, the small, private decking area offers a space to relax. If you're staying during TT, peer over the wall and watch racing from feet away as they disappear out of the village!

Situated right in the heart of Kirk Michael, Greystones is just steps away from the village shop, a welcoming pub, and a popular tearoom. The sandy beach is also a short walk away, perfect for quiet strolls or watching the sunset over the Irish Sea.

Due to this property's age, there are low lying beams which must be taken into consideration at the time of booking as there is a risk of tapping your head. There is also a small step down into the property ground floor, and three steps up to access the bathroom, conservatory and outdoors spaces.

Damage

Important! We are committed to protecting our proprties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This i included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
