The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company is the longest continually operating ferry company in the world. With regular sailings year round from Heysham (Lancashire) and Liverpool and seasonal sailings from Belfast and Dublin this remains a popular way to travel to the island, especially if you are bringing your car. Sailing times between 2 hours, 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on ship and location.
